Once you have reached one of our support agents, let them know that you wish to send us your tax exemption paperwork. Your support agent will be able to either collect that information or pass it along to the appropriate team.

Once your paperwork has been received, we’ll notify you when your exemption status has been associated with your account, and any subsequent orders placed at orbitonline.com will be automatically exempted from taxes.
