How To: Factory reset your B-hyve device
There are several different B-hyve devices, and not all of them use the same method to factory reset. This article will show you how this is done for each device.
Factory resetting is very important when initially pairing your device to the B-hyve app, but it can also assist when you have had any WiFi/Router changes and need to get your device reconnected, or are having frequent disconnection issues. Clicking the links that are next to the instructions can help with making sure that you pair your device correctly.
For all B-hyve devices, factory resetting will also put the device in pairing mode. If you already have your device programmed, then performing this step could clear any custom programming that you have set up.

| B-hyve Indoor/Outdoor Timer | Open the front door, then open the swing panel. Locate the reset button. Press and hold the reset button for 10-12 seconds. |

| B-Hyve XR | Press the middle B-hyve Button 5 times rapidly |
| B-hyve XD, 2 station, and 4 station | Rotate the dial to the off position, then press in on the dial and release. Now, press and hold the dial-in for about 10 seconds, or until everything on the display lights up. |
