My Program Keeps Turning Off

Follow the steps below

If you have a custom program for your B-hyve timer in the app, and it keeps turning itself off then this article will help with that.

Here are the steps we recommend:

  1. Delete your program in the app. You can do this by going to the “Program” section of the app and then selecting “Saved Programs” at the bottom of the screen. From there, find the program(s) you are having trouble with, and tap “Delete”.

  2. Re-create your program in the app.

Note: Don’t forget to copy down the program information before removing it
