B-hyve timer not showing the correct time or date/ programs are turning on at random times

Follow the steps below

If your B-hyve Device is not keeping time, using an incorrect time or your programs are turning on at random times, then this article should help with that.

There can be a few steps that can help address this issue. First, we’d recommend power cycling the B-hyve device. To power cycle, simply unplug the device for 5-10 seconds and plug it back in.

For the Hose Timer, you’d want to remove the battery tray for 5-10 seconds. After reinserting the tray, we’d recommend connecting to Bluetooth in the application and testing the time and date accuracy. We’d also recommend ensuring that new/fresh batteries are being used and they’re inserted correctly.

Both of the steps above are common troubleshooting steps that can help with multiple issues you may be having.

If power cycling doesn’t help, we’d like to make sure the firmware and address used in the B-hyve application are up to date. The address in the B-hyve application is used to associate the date, time, and timezone for your device.
