What size hose comes installed? 100ft x 5/8inch hose with an 8ft leader hose.

Is it stationary? No, it features 180-degree rotation.

Is it all one piece? No, the Hose Reel mount is installed separately, and the Hose Reel is placed on the mount.

How should I choose a mounting location?
You should check the following to find the best location:

• Choose a mounting location that is near a water tap outside.

• Choose a mounting location that prevents water from entering the building in the event of a leak.

• Choose a mounting location that is protected against direct sunlight so that the product, the hose, and the water won‘t overheat.

• Choose a stable and flat wall.

• Check the stability of the wall to ensure it is strong enough to support the weight of the hose reel.

What kind of materials can I hang the Hose Reel on? You can install it on solid wood, stucco, masonry, and concrete.

What tools will I need to install the Hose Reel and mount it? The following tools are needed to hang the mount and do not come with the Hose Reel:

• A power drill

• Pen, marker, or pencil

• Tape measure

• 7/16 in. (11mm) Masonry Drill Bit

• 7/16 in. (11mm) Wrench/Socket Wrench

• Protective goggles to wear while drilling

How do I adjust the stopper?
Loosen the two bolts on the stopper with a screwdriver.
Hold the watering hose securely while shifting.
Shift the stopper and screw tightly again with the two bolts.

How do I unwind the Hose?
Pull out the hose to the desired length. The hose can be locked at intervals of approximately 10–18 inches (25 – 45 cm).

How do I retract the hose?
Release the locking device by pulling briefly on the hose.
Hold the end of the hose firmly and walk the hose back to the reel with the nozzle.
The hose rolls up securely and evenly on its own.
The locking mechanism clicks during unwinding and roll-up.

Is the Hose Reel frostproof? No, we recommend emptying the hose and removing it from the wall mount during winter to prevent damage.
