There are several different B-hyve devices, and not all of them are put into their pairing mode the same way. This article will show you how this is done for each device.

Putting your timer in pairing mode is very important when initially pairing your device to the B-hyve app, but it can also assist when you have had any WiFi/Router changes and need to get your device reconnected, or are having frequent disconnection issues. Clicking the links that are next to the instructions can help with making sure that you pair your device correctly.

For all B-hyve devices, putting the device in pairing mode will also Factory Reset the device. If you already have your device programmed, then performing this step could clear any custom programming that you have set up.

If you have already set up your timer in the B-hyve App and are only trying to reconnect it to your Wi-Fi network, do not go back through the setup process for your timer. Simply go to the “My B-hyve” Tab, tap “Devices”, select the desired device, and tap “Update Wi-Fi Settings” to reconnect your timer. This should not delete your saved programs.
