If you have connected your hub to your B-hyve app and WiFi, and you are still seeing the “lets get started” page, then this article will help with that.

This is because your Hub (BH1) is not a controllable device. All the hub allows you to do is connect your Bluetooth-only Hose Faucet Timers to Wi-Fi. Your app is requesting that you add another timer to your account that is connected to the hub so that you can control something.

You will need to select “This is a new device” and then choose just the “Hose Timer” option. Follow the pairing steps and once that is connected, if you look in your device list you should see both the WiFi hub and the B-hyve hose faucet timer.
