In order to receive notifications, your B-hyve device must be connected to a WiFi connection. Notifications will not be sent while using Bluetooth only or without a working WiFi connection.
If the timer is connected to the WiFi network, you can check the notification settings in the app.
From the app’s home page, tap on the My B-hyve icon in the bottom right corner
Select Notifications from the list
Ensure that Enable Notifications is toggled on
Once toggled on, select the specific notifications you would like to receive
If no notifications are coming through after checking the B-hyve app’s notification settings, you will want to check the phone’s settings to ensure the app’s notification permission is enabled.
